Draft: Resolve "Clarify the stock purchasing window"

Design: As a player,

  • I want to see the a header displaying the current "Market Status", so that I can tell when I am able to purchase stocks.
  • I want to see a clock when the purchase window opens, so that I know how long I have to purchase / sell stocks.
  • I don't want to be able to purchase outside the purchase window, so that I am not confused about when I can purchase.
